Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and provide accurate information.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Meet defined productivity and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass and above.
More than 1 year experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
Experience in International voice / chat process required
Good verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
