Role & responsibilities

Invoice & Payment Processing
Verify & Process vendor Supply & Service (RA Bills) invoices against PO terms.
Ensure all material and service payments are processed through valid Purchase Orders (PO).
Process contractor invoices accurately and within timelines.
Execute vendor payments timely as per PO terms and conditions.
Handle Letter of Credit (LC) entries & Payment as per PO terms.
Free Issue Material Consumption
Track and monitor issue and consumption of free issue materials vendor-wise.
Coordinate with Stores, Site Team, and Contractors for accurate consumption data.
Ensure reconciliation of vendor stock and WBS-wise consumption in SAP
GRN & Month-End Activities
Coordinate with Stores and User Departments to ensure timely GRN.
Ensure monthly bill booking is completed to minimize GRIR ageing.




Prepare monthly provision entries in coordination with concerned departments.
Financial Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly MIS reports including:
Capital Advances, Capital Liabilities, Vendor regrouping, Trial balance review, Insurance and prepaid expense workings,
Prepare monthly cash flow statements.
Accounting Control & Compliance review
Perform monthly royalty reconciliation with RA bills.
Reconcile GST data with GSTR-2B and GSTR-3B.
Ensure accurate booking of TDS, GST, and TCS with correct tax codes.
Verify GST input eligibility and proper TDS deductions.
Conduct supplier and contractor SOA reconciliation post-payment.
Conduct GL & trial balance review and ensure proper WBS allocation.
