4+ years of primary, hands-on experience in Data Science and Predictive Modeling within a production setting.
Proficiency with Python and SQL, including libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, and NumPy.
3+ years of experience in Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, and deploying models into production.
Solid understanding of Data Integration, Feature Engineering, and working with both structured and unstructured datasets.
Experience with Model Documentation and tracking experiments (e.g., MLflow, DVC, or Jupyter).
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with strong attention to detail.
Robust written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end data projects.
