Role & Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and business performance for the retail business.
Manage P&L;, profitability, margins and cost optimisation across stores.
Lead MIS, financial analysis and management reporting, including Actual vs Budget vs Forecast.
Manage cash flow, working capital and inventory financial planning.
Evaluate financials for new stores, expansion, pricing, promotions and investments.
Strengthen financial controls, compliance and governance, while leading and developing the finance team.

Preferred Candidate Profile




CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.com or equivalent.
610 years of relevant experience, with proven managerial experience in the retail industry.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L; and financial planning.
Good understanding of retail profitability, cost control and working capital.
Robust analytical, leadership and decision-making skills.
Experience in fashion, apparel or quick-fashion retail will be preferred.
