We are looking for a Chartered Accountant (CA) who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-driven. The role focuses on accounting closures, financial reporting, audit readiness, and bringing structure to day-to-day finance operations in a growing environment.
This is a pure individual-contributor role with end-to-end ownership of assigned finance deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Closures
Independently manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closures
Ensure accounting records and treatments comply with IND-AS / IFRS
Maintain clean books through reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and periodic reports
Support variance analysis and ensure consistency and accuracy of financial data
Maintain solid reporting discipline and data hygiene
Audit Readiness
Prepare all workings, schedules, and documentation required for audits
Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution
Maintain records in an audit-ready state at all times
Process & Structure
Bring structure to finance operations through SOPs, trackers, and checklists
Improve documentation standards and reporting formats
Identify gaps and support process improvements
Data & Analysis
Be data-savvy , with solid capability to work on large datasets and spreadsheets
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial data
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting needs
S kills & Capabilities
Strong working knowledge of IND-AS and/or IFRS
Hands-on experience with monthly closures and reporting
Experience supporting audit preparation
High attention to detail and solid ownership mindset
Comfortable working in evolving, semi-structured environments
Strong Excel and data-handling skills
Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA)
3–7 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting roles
