Role & Responsibilities
Collect, log, and categorize customer feedback across multiple channels including surveys, calls, emails, and social media.
Analyze voice-of-customer (VOC) data to identify trends, pain points, and improvement opportunities for client brands.
Prepare clear, concise reports and dashboards summarizing customer sentiment, satisfaction scores, and actionable insights.
Collaborate with QA and CX teams to validate feedback accuracy and align with client-specific KPIs.
Ensure 100% compliance with data entry standards,



timelines, and client SLAs for VOC processing.
Participate in upskilling sessions and adopt recent tools or frameworks for improved VOC analysis efficiency.
