Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints.
Make service reminder and follow-up calls.
Schedule service appointments.
Do Paid Service Calling
Take customer feedback and maintain records.
Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop team.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.

Eligibility
12th and Graduate preferred.
Automobiles Experienced candidates can apply.
First preference is given to Maruti Arena Experienced candidate.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
