Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, creativity, and inquiry-based learning.
Create a secure, nurturing, and inclusive classroom workplace where children feel valued, confident, and motivated to explore.
Implement play-based, activity-driven, and experiential learning strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental needs.
Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress, maintaining accurate records and sharing regular, meaningful updates with parents.
Communicate effectively and respectfully with children, parents, colleagues, and school leadership, ensuring solid school–home partnerships.
Collaborate closely with co-teachers, assistants,



and support staff to ensure smooth classroom functioning and cohesive instructional delivery.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Completion of early childhood teaching certification, such as PPTC, NTT, B.Ed., or equivalent early years training.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience as a pre-primary or early childhood educator in a Cambridge School.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both children and parents.
Salary: 30,000 to 35,000per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
