We are looking for a sharp, articulate and proactive ‘Editorial Executives’ to join our B2B media team covering the chemical, process, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities
Write, edit and proofread articles, features, interviews, profiles and industry news for our print and digital platforms.
Research industry trends, companies and developments and identify experts and senior professionals for editorial content.
Conduct interviews and build relationships with industry leaders and subject matter experts.
Research and identify potential speakers, panellists and moderators for our conferences and workshops.
Reach out to prospective speakers through email, telephone and LinkedIn, manage follow-ups and coordinate their participation.
Assist with conference/workshop themes, agendas, speaker coordination and event execution.
Attend relevant industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars and press events.




Create engaging and persuasive emails and content for editorial, digital and event initiatives.

Candidate Profile

· Science graduates with specialisation in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related fields preferred.

· Candidates with experience in B2B media, technical writing, journalism, chemical/process industry, pharma/healthcare or events may also apply.

· Excellent written and spoken English with robust editing and communication skills.

· Confident interacting with senior industry professionals.

· Solid research ability, qualified communication and follow-up skills.

· Curious, energetic and a go-getter who enjoys meeting people and taking ownership.
