About the Role

Experience Required

n

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
n
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Corporater BMP platform.
n
- Proven experience working with European clients and regulatory/governance requirements.
n
- Experience in configuring and implementing GRC solutions within low-code/no-code platforms, preferably Corporater BMP.
n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective GRC platform configurations.
n
- Configure and maintain GRC modules, workflows, forms, dashboards, reports, and data models.
n
- Design and optimize BPMN processes, workflows, approvals, and notification mechanisms.
n
- Configure role-based access controls, user permissions, and security settings.
n
- Support platform customizations, integrations, and automation using basic coding/scripting knowledge.
n
- Conduct testing, support UAT, deployments, and prepare functional documentation.




n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend platform enhancements.
n

Required Knowledge & Skills

n

n
- Strong understanding of GRC processes, including Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Audit, Incident Management, and Data Privacy.
n
- Experience defining data models and process architectures within a low-code setting.
n
- Knowledge of BPMN process design and workflow configuration.
n
- Understanding of scalability, security, and performance considerations in solution design.
n
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
n
- Familiarity with ERP process configuration (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting end-to-end business processes.
