Role Overview
BrandSeeder is looking for a talented UI Designer with 4+ years of experience to create visually engaging, intuitive, and high-quality digital experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual design, typography, layout, interaction patterns, and brand consistency. You will work closely with UX designers, product teams, developers, and creative stakeholders to transform concepts and user requirements into polished, user-friendly interfaces.
You should be passionate about emerging design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and creating digital experiences that combine aesthetics with functionality.

Key Responsibilities
UI Design: Design visually compelling and intuitive interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
Visual Design: Develop high-quality UI designs with a strong understanding of typography, color, grids, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Design Systems: Create and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and style guidelines to ensure consistency across digital experiences.
Prototyping:



Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
Brand Integration: Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences while maintaining consistency across platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, developers, product managers, creative teams, and clients to deliver effective design solutions.
AI & Emerging Technology: Explore and leverage AI-powered tools such as Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, and other emerging technologies to improve creative workflows.
Design Quality: Ensure pixel-perfect execution, consistency, accessibility, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Trend Exploration: Stay updated with the latest UI, visual design, digital, motion, and AI trends and bring fresh ideas to projects.
Design Handoff: Prepare clear design specifications, assets, and documentation for development teams.

Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 4+ years of qualified experience in UI, visual, or digital product design.
Figma: Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
Visual Design: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, grids, spacing, hierarchy, and modern UI patterns.
Responsive Design: Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile interface design.
Prototyping: Experience creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
Design Systems: Hands-on experience creating or working with scalable design systems and component libraries.
Adobe Creative Suite:



Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered design and creative tools and an interest in integrating AI into design workflows.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with UX designers, developers, product teams, creative teams, and clients.
Communication: Strong visual communication and presentation skills with good English proficiency.
Attention to Detail: Solid focus on design quality, consistency, usability, and pixel-perfect execution.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, web/mobile interfaces, design systems, and digital experiences is essential.

Nice to Have
Experience working with global brands or creative/digital agencies.
Understanding of UX principles and user-centered design processes.
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
Experience with After Effects, ProtoPie, Principle, or similar tools.
Experience using AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, and design production.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are translated into development.
