Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide prompt, qualified, and accurate resolutions.

- Respond to customer queries through voice and written communication channels.
n
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking products, mortgages, consumer lending, account information, and services.
n
- Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently using workflow and case management tools.
n
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in internal systems.
n
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
n
- Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and quality standards while handling customer interactions.
n
- Deliver a superior customer experience and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
n
- Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and service-level targets.

Educational Qualification
n
n
- 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate / Postgraduate
n
n
Experience Required
n
n
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process.
n
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Customer Service, Contact Centre, or BPO operations will be preferred.
n
n
Preferred Candidate Profile

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational week offs.
n
- Ability to adapt to a 24x7 international customer service environment.
n
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering service excellence.
