About the Role

MIBO, Bengaluru is looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Manager / Plumber-cum-Electrician to manage routine maintenance and ensure the hospital facility remains protected, functional, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day plumbing and electrical maintenance.
Attend to leaks, drainage, taps, pipelines, lights, switches, sockets, fans, wiring, and minor repairs.
Conduct regular facility inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
Ensure uninterrupted water supply, electricity, lighting, and essential services.
Support minor civil, carpentry, painting, and fixture-related work.
Coordinate with external technicians and vendors for specialised repairs.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and basic service records.
Monitor tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
Report major faults, safety risks, and infrastructure issues promptly.
Respond to urgent maintenance requirements and support other departments with facility-related needs.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.




Basic knowledge of both plumbing and electrical work.
Freshers with relevant technical skills are welcome to apply.
Positive practical problem-solving ability.
Responsible, punctual, and proactive.
Basic understanding of electrical and workplace safety.
Willingness to work on-site and handle urgent maintenance requirements.
