Perform NDT inspections as per approved procedures and applicable standards.

Conduct testing using relevant NDT methods such as UT, MT, PT and other applicable methods.

Inspect ERW / CDW pipes and components for internal and surface defects.

Identify, evaluate and report defects accurately.

Ensure inspection equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.

Record and maintain NDT inspection reports and quality documentation.

Coordinate with Production and QC teams for defect identification and corrective action.

Follow plant safety procedures and quality requirements.

Ensure compliance with applicable customer specifications, codes and standards.

Support quality audits and maintain proper inspection traceability.

Candidate Requirements

NDT Level 1 / Level 2 certification in relevant methods.

Relevant experience in NDT / QC, preferably in steel, pipe, ERW or CDW manufacturing.

Practical knowledge of NDT inspection techniques and defect identification.

Ability to understand inspection procedures, specifications and quality documentation.

Positive observation and reporting skills.

Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant setting and in shifts if required.
