Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy for real estate projects and the corporate brand.
Drive qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, programmatic and other digital channels.
Develop launch campaigns, communication themes, digital creatives, landing pages and lead-generation funnels.
Manage and optimize the company's website and individual project landing pages
Ensure digital leads are correctly captured, assigned and tracked in the CRM.
Develop the social media strategy for the developer brand and individual projects.
Manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience: 47 years of overall digital marketing experience, in real estate / real estate development preferred.
