Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Factory HR to lead the HR function for a large-scale garment manufacturing facility.

We are looking for an HR professional who has strong hands-on experience in the garment/apparel industry, particularly in large-scale manpower planning, high-volume hiring and workforce mobilisation.

What you will lead
End-to-end manpower planning and workforce optimisation aligned with production requirements
High-volume recruitment across operators, helpers, trainees, technicians, supervisors and other factory roles
Workforce mobilisation for capacity expansion, greenfield and brownfield projects
Building solid talent pipelines through local sourcing, referrals, institutes, recruitment partners and job fairs
Recruitment TAT, cost-per-hire, joining ratios and overall hiring effectiveness
Workforce analytics covering manpower, attrition,



absenteeism, productivity and deployment
Employee engagement, retention and shop-floor HR initiatives
Factory HR operations, employee relations and statutory compliance
Leading and developing a high-performing Factory HR & Recruitment team

What we are looking for

10+ years of HR experience, with significant exposure to garment/apparel manufacturing

Proven track record in large-scale factory manpower planning and recruitment

Strong experience managing large blue-collar workforces

Good understanding of garment manufacturing operations and shop-floor manpower structures

Exposure to factory expansion

Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills

Data-driven approach with a strong focus on workforce delivery and business outcomes
