– GENERAL MANAGER

Position: General Manager (GM)

Salary: ₹41,000 – ₹43,000 per month

Annual Package: Up to ₹5.20 LPA

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Qualification: MBA / Post Graduation from a reputed college is mandatory

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall day-to-day business and office operations.
Coordinate between management, HR, administration, accounts, and operational teams.
Monitor employee performance, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
Handle recruitment coordination and support management in building an effective team.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Ensure assigned projects and tasks are completed within deadlines.
Conduct team meetings and follow up on pending work.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and other business associates.
Assist senior management in planning, decision-making, and business development.
Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
Maintain skilled standards and smooth communication across departments.
