Location: Sachin – Hojiwala Industrial Estate, Surat
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM
Experience: 2–5 Years preferred
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the weaving/fabric manufacturing unit.
Monitor production targets, machine performance, and workflow.
Handle and coordinate workers/operators to ensure smooth production.
Ensure proper production planning and timely completion of orders.
Monitor fabric quality and identify production defects or issues.
Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.
Maintain daily production reports, machine records, and worker attendance.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with maintenance staff for quick resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, discipline,
and workplace procedures.
Maintain production efficiency and achieve daily/monthly targets.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in textile weaving, fabric manufacturing, or synthetic grey cloth industry.
Good knowledge of weaving production processes and machine operations.
Solid team-handling and workforce management skills.
Ability to manage production targets and solve day-to-day operational issues.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with experience in synthetic grey fabric/weaving units will be preferred.
