Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up with potential and existing customers.
Provide customers with information about the company's products and services.
Coordinate with the Sales, Project, and Service teams regarding customer requirements.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure valuable customer satisfaction and maintain robust relationships.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, projects, payments, and services.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to handle customers professionally.
Experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales coordination is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
