Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages to convert inquiries into active enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and pipeline status in the database.
Conduct regular check-ins with interested candidates to answer questions and resolve concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, Communications, or Humanities preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with robust active listening abilities.
Natural relationship-building, empathy, and convincing capabilities.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
