Ideal Candidate: B.Ed. Students / Recent B.Ed. Graduates
Role
Work with the Aura Learn team to research and develop future-ready learning experiences for children, schools, and educators, with a focus on pedagogy, cognitive development, classroom practices, and creative education.
Key Responsibilities
Research modern teaching-learning methodologies and child development
Support curriculum and activity design for children aged 6–16
Develop project-based, inquiry-based, experiential and activity-based learning experiences
Research educational psychology and cognitive learning principles
Study classroom challenges and identify opportunities for better learning outcomes
Support development of teacher resources, lesson plans, activities and assessments
Conduct literature and education-sector research
Assist in pilot testing and improving learning programs based on feedback
Document research findings and contribute to Aura Learn’s R&D; initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Ed.
Robust interest in education, child development and pedagogy
Good research, writing and communication skills
Curious, creative and open to experimenting with new teaching approaches
Ability to turn research into practical classroom activities
Proactive and willing to take ownership of projects
