Provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to employees/patients through diagnosis, treatment, emergency management, preventive care, and appropriate specialist referral.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and manage common medical conditions and chronic diseases.
Provide emergency care, including BLS/ALS and stabilization of critically ill patients.
Interpret laboratory, ECG, imaging, and other relevant investigations.
Prescribe rational and cost-effective treatment and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, lifestyle counselling, and rehabilitation advice.
Identify cases requiring specialist intervention and facilitate timely referral.
Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure medico-legal compliance.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Participate in occupational-health activities, health education, audits, and quality-improvement initiatives.
Maintain continuous career development and follow evidence-based clinical practices.
