Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on EVs.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, battery modules, and charging units.
Troubleshoot issues related to motors, inverters, converters, and wiring harnesses.
Replace faulty components and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Diagnostics & Testing
Use diagnostic tools/software to identify faults in EV systems.
Conduct performance tests on batteries, motors, and controllers.
Maintain accurate service records and reports.
Installation & Commissioning
Support installation of EV charging stations and related infrastructure.
Assist in commissioning current EVs and ensuring readiness for operation.
Safety & Compliance
Adhere to high-voltage safety protocols and PPE requirements.




Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Promote workplace safety and 5S practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
24 years of experience in EV maintenance or automotive electrical systems.
Robust knowledge of EV components: batteries, motors, controllers, charging systems.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, CAN bus systems, and EV software.
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
Understanding of high-voltage safety procedures.
