We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online marketing, social media and paid advertising campaigns.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads and should be able to manage our digital marketing activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook accounts
Plan, create and schedule social media posts, Reels and promotional content
Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Run and manage Google Ads campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, leads, sales and ROI
Manage advertising budgets and optimize spending
Conduct audience research and campaign targeting
Track and analyze digital marketing performance
Develop marketing strategies to increase online reach, enquiries and sales
Stay updated with the latest Instagram, Facebook and Google advertising trends
Coordinate with the content and online sales team
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
Solid experience with Meta Ads Manager
Robust experience with Google Ads
Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing
Experience with campaign optimization and performance tracking
Understanding of Google Analytics / GA4 is an advantage
Creative thinking and good communication skills
Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets
Experience in fashion, textile, retail or e-commerce is an advantage
