Key Responsibilities:
Assist in daily food & beverage service operations.
Take customer orders and ensure correct and timely service.
Prepare and serve food/beverages according to hotel standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the service and work areas.
Set up tables, counters, buffet areas and service stations.
Handle guest requests politely and escalate complaints to the supervisor.
Check food and beverage stock and report shortages.
Follow FIFO, food-safety and hygiene procedures.
Assist with billing/POS operations where required.
Support other F&B; team members during busy periods and events.
Minimize wastage and maintain proper portion control.
Follow company policies, safety procedures and grooming standards.

Qualification: 10th/12th pass; hotel/F&B; experience preferred. Experience: 0–2 years, depending on the property requirement.

Pay: ₹12,384.30 - ₹14,900.30 per month
