Customer handling, calls & email support, follow-ups, problem-solving, coordination with internal teams, and a customer-centric approach. CRM/support tool experience and international customer handling will be an added advantage.

For freshers, please prioritize candidates with solid communication, confidence, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

For Experience

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role
Fluent English communication is mandatory (verbal and written)
Ability to handle customer calls, emails, and follow-ups professionally
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and customers
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills:
Experience interacting with domestic and international customers
Basic knowledge of CRM or support management tools
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
