Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create and coordinate engaging content, creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Run and monitor paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Generate and manage leads through digital channels.
Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and marketing metrics.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.
Manage the company's online presence, website content, and Google Business Profile.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify recent marketing opportunities.
Prepare regular digital marketing and campaign performance reports.

Requirements
Graduate in Marketing,



Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing; real estate experience preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
Valuable analytical, communication, and creative skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Candidates with experience in real estate lead generation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
