Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across civil, structural, finishing, rebar, and formwork works.
Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
Allocate tasks to work crews, monitor productivity, and ensure timely completion of activities.
Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC engineers, surveyors, safety officers, and subcontractors.
Qualification & Experience
ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 to 15 years of experience in building construction projects.
Experience in residential towers, commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial, data center, or high-rise projects preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, BBS, specifications, and construction documents.
