CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Incentives

Job Profile
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Generate current business through field sales activities.
Develop and maintain solid customer relationships.
Explore new market opportunities and expand business.
Track team performance and ensure target achievement.
Train, guide and support team members for better productivity.

Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2+ years of Field Sales / BFSI experience.
Prior team-handling experience preferred.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license required.
