Role Description The Design & Brand Operations Coordinator is a full time, in office role based in Ernakulam. This role supports the daily functioning of design and brand activities, We’re looking for someone curious, creative and organised who can work closely with us across design, e-commerce and brand building — and confidently take ownership of Peridot’s exhibitions, pop-ups and on-ground initiatives, including travel when required.

YOU’LL WORK ON

→ Fashion design &

design documentation

→ Shopify & product management

→ Orders, inventory & logistics

→ Content & visual storytelling

→ Social media coordination

→ Pop-ups & brand initiatives





→ Travel for exhibitions, pop-ups & brand events

→ Independently coordinate and manage pop-ups in current locations

→ Handle on-ground setup, customer interaction, sales & closing of events

Qualifications
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Customer service skills to support a warm, consistent brand experience across touchpoints.
Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or design-led brands is an advantage.
Willing to travel independently for exhibitions & pop-ups, Comfortable taking ownership of an event from setup to closure
