Visit client sites for recruitment and operational support.
Source and mobilize blue-collar manpower for housekeeping, security, MEP, and technical roles.
Conduct candidate screening, document verification, and joining formalities.
Coordinate employee deployment as per site requirements.
Maintain attendance, manpower reports, and vacancy status.
Resolve employee grievances and support site-level HR activities.
Coordinate with clients and Operations Managers for manpower planning.
Submit daily field visit and recruitment progress reports.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
