We are looking for a professional, well-groomed and customer-focused Female Front Office Executive / Front Office Coordinator to manage front desk operations at a leading IT company in Bellandur, Bengaluru.

Mandatory Criteria
Female candidates only
Candidate must be Bengaluru/Bangalore-based
Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview
Age: 25 to 35 years
Minimum height: 5'5"
Decent knowledge of front desk / reception operations
Excellent English communication skills with good command over spoken and written English
Strong soft skills and interpersonal skills
Professional personality with valuable grooming and presentation
Pleasant, confident and courteous approach while interacting with employees, visitors and clients
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities independently and professionally

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day front desk and reception operations
Welcome and assist visitors, clients and employees professionally
Manage visitor registration, access coordination and reception protocols
Handle incoming calls, emails and general front office queries




Coordinate with internal teams for visitor appointments and meetings
Maintain visitor records and other relevant front office documentation
Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all visitors
Coordinate with security and facility teams whenever required
Handle front desk situations with tact, confidence and professionalism
Support other administrative/front office activities as assigned

Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Solid interpersonal and customer-service skills
Good telephone etiquette
Good computer literacy and basic MS Office knowledge
Robust organizational and coordination skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good grooming, etiquette and skilled presentation

Work Schedule 8-hour shifts, as per business/site requirements.
