Roles & Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Reporting

Oversee finalization of accounts (monthly, quarterly, and annually).

Ensure compliance with Ind AS / Companies Act standards.

Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.

Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes.

Monitor and control provisions, accruals, and reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany).

Supervise inventory valuation and cost accounting coordination.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, 9C).

Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and IGST refund processes through EDI/ICEGATE portal.

Handle TDS, Income Tax, and Skilled Tax compliances.





Liaise with tax consultants and auditors for assessments, audits, and scrutiny cases.

Ensure compliance with ROC filings, PF/ESI, and Labor Laws as applicable.
Audit & Internal Controls

Coordinate statutory audit, tax audit, and internal audit processes.

Implement internal financial controls (IFC) and process improvements.

Review internal audit observations and ensure timely corrective actions.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and schedules for audits.
Budgeting & MIS

Support management in budget preparation and variance analysis.

Generate MIS reports, cash flow, and fund flow statements for management review.

Analyze financial performance and highlight key business insights.
