Role & responsibilities

Field Operations & Execution
Support day-to-day operational activities across project locations.
Assist in onboarding and operational setup at current sites.
Travel across locations based on business and operational requirements.
Ensure smooth on-ground execution and timely coordination across teams.

Site Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, operators, contractors, and vendors.
Act as a bridge between field teams and internal stakeholders.
Support real-time issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Operational Efficiency & Productivity Improvement
Observe on-ground workflows and identify operational improvement opportunities.
Work closely with teams to improve coordination, execution efficiency, and overall site productivity.
Support implementation of operational processes and execution standards.

Workforce & Operations Support
Coordinate with operators and field teams for daily operational activities.
Support attendance tracking, reporting, and execution follow-ups.




Ensure adherence to operational processes, timelines, and site requirements.

Reporting & Communication
Maintain operational trackers, execution updates, and field reports.
Share structured operational updates with the central operations team.
Escalate critical operational challenges in a timely manner.

Preferred candidate profile Are comfortable working in on-ground operational settings

Can coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Are proactive and execution-focused

Can adapt quickly in energetic situations

Are willing to travel between cities whenever required
