Role Overview
Designation: Customer Support Executive
Process: International Chat (E-commerce Seller Support)
Location: Pune (In-Office)
Up to ₹32.5 CTC/month + Performance Incentives
Rotational Shifts (5.5 Days Working)
Company-provided Cab Facility available
Open to both Undergraduates & Graduates.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice & Chat Process
Seller Support experience is mandatory (from any industry/domain)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are welcome to apply
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,500.00 per month
