Handle customer orders, order booking, and billing-related queries . Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth order processing. Work on SAP ; experience with SAP ByD is preferred. Knowledge of SNOW (ServiceNow) will be an added advantage. Use MS Office, especially Excel , for day-to-day operations and reporting. Act as a Process SME , providing process guidance and resolving team queries. Identify training needs and conduct process training and knowledge-sharing sessions . Create and maintain training manuals and process documentation . ⭐ Key Requirements Excellent written & verbal communication . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . Good attention to detail and accuracy. Versatile to work in rotational shifts and from office all days . Shipping industry experience will be an added advantage.
