About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to configure, enhance, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities - Configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules including:

Recruiting
Onboarding
Compensation
Lead and support USA Perks implementations, including US Savings Plan configuration.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Development teams.
Drive application enhancements and continuous improvements.
Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions,



and stakeholder meetings.
Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
Ensure solutions follow SAP standard functionality and industry best practices.
