Hiring Announcement: Branch HR Generalist Role .

FPL Group is looking for a energetic and experiencedHR Professional to manage the full employee lifecycle across our branches.

Quick Overview
Gender: Male/Female
Experience: 2 to 5 years (Automobiles industry preferred)
Education: MBA (HR) / MSW / MA (HR)
Language: Fluency in English & Tamil is preferred
Primary Location: Madhavaram, Vanagaram, Chrompet,Guindy,OMR
Joining: Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End HR: Manage recruitment, on boarding, and exit formalities.
Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and mediate conflicts.
Branch Visits: Conduct weekly visits (twice a week) to branches to engage with the employees.
Compliance & Payroll:



Coordinate EPFO/ESIC grievances and oversee monthly wages and incentive compliance.
Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws.
