We have an immediate prospect for you as Fund Accountant Legal Entities or Hedge Fund Accounting - Hyderabad.

Location : Hyderabad Shift Timings : 2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST Work Mode : Hybrid Title : Senior Fund Accountant to AM - IC Role The Entity Accountant will be responsible for the project to load deals to Geneva World Investor in preparation of books and records.

Responsibilities include: Preparing and maintaining the books and records, for U.S. reporting purposes, of various types of legal entities organized under various jurisdictions
Accounting for inter-entity transactions
Monitoring the movements of cash within the deal and fund structures
Calculating allocations of income and expenses up to the different classes of limited partners of the private partnership investing funds;

and Working with Fund Accountants to reconcile differences between private partnership investing funds and their legal entities.

Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills;

and Ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints.

Required Experience Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in accounting;

CPA preferred; 5+ years of accounting experience within the financial services industry preferred, but not required
Strong appreciation for the importance of investment structures and the maintenance of their books and records
Robust knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis
Excellent understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant company accounting rules
Solid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;

and Experience with Geneva World Investor desirable. We are looking for a Fund Accountant - Legal Entity experience i.E.
