Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Gurugram. The position is open to freshers and experienced specialists from UG/any graduate backgrounds; candidates with a B.Tech degree are not considered for this role.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves documenting interactions, escalating technical or complex concerns to appropriate teams, and following up to ensure timely resolution.





Customer Support

Executives will collaborate with internal stakeholders, maintain service quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.

Qualifications
Strong customer interaction skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
Ability to manage queries through digital channels, with skills in Online Support and basic Technical Support.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with a qualified and empathetic approach to customers.
Undergraduate/any graduate degree from a recognized institution (B.Tech graduates are not eligible for this position).
Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
Ability to work in rotational shifts if required, maintain punctuality, and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in customer support or call center environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
