We are looking for a Functional Consultant who can understand client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP/CRM solutions. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, process mapping, solution configuration, testing, and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and document client requirements and business processes.
Analyze requirements and suggest suitable ERP/CRM solutions.
Configure and customize systems based on business needs.
Prepare functional documents, workflows, and process mappings.
Coordinate with developers and implementation teams.
Conduct testing, UAT, and provide implementation support.
Train clients/users and assist with system adoption.
Handle client queries,
troubleshooting, and follow-ups.
Support projects from requirement gathering through go-live.
Required Skills:
1–3 years of experience in functional consulting, ERP/CRM implementation, or a related role.
Valuable understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM systems.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into practical solutions.
Experience with ERPNext, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
