Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field activities, including farmer mobilization, training sessions,
demonstrations, and data collection.
Provide technical support to farmers on regenerative cotton practices under the guidance of the agronomy
team.
Ensure timely and quality implementation of field protocols and project interventions.
Manage a team of field staff and enumerators assigned to the respective block or region
Conduct basic data checks and validations before submission to the data management team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Agriculture, Rural Development, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working in agriculture, farmer outreach, or rural development projects.
Willingness to be based in rural locations with frequent field travel.
