We are seeking a skilled and experienced skilled for Executive / Senior Executive Fermentation Production to manage fermentation operations while ensuring efficiency, product quality, safety, regulatory compliance and adherence to cGMP guidelines
The role involves supervising production teams, planning and executing production batches, troubleshooting large-scale fermenters (20 L to 150 KL), monitoring fed-batch and harvest systems, and optimizing fermentation processes for pharmaceutical intermediate production
Responsibilities also include production documentation, deviation investigations and CAPA, support for P&ID; review, URS, IQ, OQ and PQ documentation, commissioning and qualification activities, ERP-based production activities, and coordination with Downstream Processing, Analytical Development, Microbiology, QA and QC teams
The position requires robust analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and communication skills

Work Experience Required: 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in industrial fermentation, preferably in large-scale shift operations

Qualification: UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology; PG: M.Tech in Biochemistry/Biotechnology, MS/M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry
