Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the Bakery & Pastry section.
Prepare and oversee high-quality vegetarian bakery and pastry products.
Develop and maintain recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Handle a variety of products including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items.
Manage production planning, mise en place, and inventory requirements.
Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff.
Ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen and management team.




Monitor quality and ensure all products meet the required standards.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in Bakery & Pastry.
Strong knowledge of bakery, pastry, desserts, and vegetarian preparations.
Positive understanding of production planning, costing, and inventory management.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Creative, organized, and quality-focused approach.
