Role & responsibilities

1.Welcome and assist visitors, clients and business partners professionally.

2.Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department/person.

3.Maintain visitor and call records.

Coordinate with internal teams and assist with day-to-day office activities.

4.Receive and manage courier, documents and office correspondence.

5.Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments.

6.Handle basic email communication and documentation.

7.Maintain a qualified and organized reception area.

8.Assist the management/admin team with general coordination work.

9.Follow up with clients or contacts when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Under Graduate / Graduate with good communication skills.
02 years of experience in front office, reception, administration or customer handling.




Freshers with a confident and professional personality are welcome.
Good verbal communication in English and Hindi; Marathi will be an added advantage.
Presentable, polite and qualified while interacting with visitors, clients and employees.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and email communication.
Valuable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with different departments and maintain records.
Should be punctual, organized, responsible and willing to learn.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English preferred
