We're hiring a Guest Experience & Operations Manager to be the face of our event resort,managing clients from first enquiry through booking, event hosting, and stay, while overseeing housekeeping and daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries (calls, email, WhatsApp) and convert them into confirmed bookings
Guide clients through the entire journey - booking, planning, event/stay execution, checkout
Coordinate bookings, prevent scheduling conflicts, and liaise with F&B;, vendors, and maintenance teams
Supervise housekeeping staff; ensure rooms and event spaces are always guest-ready
Be the on-ground point of contact for guest requests and issue resolution
Maintain booking records and share occupancy/feedback reports with management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
