Role & responsibilities
Drive onsite sales of hotel loyalty/membership cards to hotel guests and walk-in customers.
Proactively engage with guests, understand their requirements, and effectively communicate membership benefits.
Achieve monthly/weekly membership sales targets through strong conversion and relationship-building skills.
Handle post-sales support for members, including restaurant/table reservations and hotel room reservations.
Coordinate with hotel F&B;, reservations and front-office teams to fulfil member requests
Resolve member queries and concerns promptly while ensuring high service standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Female candidates preferred, with a confident, energetic and persuasive personality.
Passionate about sales, targets and customer acquisition.
Aggressive/solid approach towards sales, while maintaining professionalism and excellent guest etiquette.
Excellent communication,



interpersonal and convincing skills.
Prior experience in hotel sales, membership sales, hospitality, guest relations, retail sales or premium customer service will be an advantage.
Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be preferred.
Presentable, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with premium/high-value guests.
Should be proactive, target-oriented and capable of working independently.
