Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating designs for printing, branding, corporate communication, and other business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative and qualified designs for brochures, pamphlets, banners, standees, certificates, trophies, signage, wallpapers, and other printing materials.
Design promotional and corporate communication materials as per requirements.
Prepare artwork and files for printing and ensure correct size, resolution, color, and alignment.
Coordinate with the printing and production team for smooth execution of designs.
Make design changes and revisions based on client/internal requirements.
Work on multiple projects and complete them within the given timelines.
Maintain proper design files and organize source files for future use.
Ensure accuracy and quality of the final design before sending it for production.
Support the team with new creative concepts and design ideas.

Required Skills




Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an advantage.
Valuable understanding of color combinations, typography, layout, and design principles.
Knowledge of print-ready artwork and basic printing processes.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Freshers with positive design skills and a strong portfolio can also apply.

Preferred Candidate
Candidate should have a valuable portfolio of design work.
Experience in a printing/fabrication or corporate environment will be an added advantage.
Should be willing to work from the Bhosari, Pune office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
