Position: GSA – Guest Service Associate

Location: District 6, Rajajinagar – Near Orion Mall

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests professionally.
Handle guest requests and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with Captain, Steward and kitchen teams.
Maintain table setup and service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the visit.
Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene and grooming standards.

Requirements:
Relevant restaurant/hospitality experience is mandatory.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
