Key Responsibilities:
Lead R&D; activities for development and improvement of Ayurvedic, herbal and healthcare products.
Develop recent formulations and improve existing products based on quality, efficacy, safety and market requirements.
Conduct formulation trials, testing, validation and stability studies.
Ensure formulations comply with applicable Ayurvedic regulatory and quality standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Regulatory teams for product development and commercialization.
Maintain R&D; documentation, formulations, specifications and technical records.
Research recent herbs, ingredients, technologies and market trends to support innovation.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum 8+ years of relevant R&D; experience in the Ayurvedic/Herbal/Healthcare manufacturing industry.
Ayurveda background is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, raw materials and manufacturing processes.
Good understanding of regulatory and quality requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
